Hello, my family and I love to check out Benihana's around the country. We checked out the Miami location the other day and was soooo disappointed. The place was pretty run down and I was concerned about the cleanliness. I didn't feel the fun vibe like we have at others. We have dinner often at Benihana in Chicago and are never let down. Also, we get the same meals every time. I feel like the portions were way smaller than normal which I may not have noticed but I have two growing teenage boys who def noticed the portion difference. which then led me to start noticing all types of things. I feel like Benihana could do much, much better and I think that place should be at the top of the list. I know Benihana can do better and should do better, my husband cant live without having his Chateaubriand as often as he can and I would hate to have to take that out of our dinner rotation.
