Rec’d free trial tablet ..min charge $*...on July * or *****Called Bell July ***** on how to return this product*Was told I could return to a Bell Store*Went to Bell at Cloverdale Mall*They could not process as product was shipped to us not purchased at store*Store had me call Bell AGAIN from store for instructions*I was told Bell would send me an email with tracking *...I could print the info label*I was not emailed back*I called Bell July***** ..was given tracking * over the phone & told to take that * to post office*Today went to post office & gave tracking **Was told they needed a printed label from Bell*I have spent so much time on this I regret going with Bell....The trial was for ** days & time is running out*I would like to have you email the return slip & give me a reduction on my bill as my time is valuable & much time has been wasted !
