MY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE WASTED TOOOOOOO MUCH IN THE PHILIPINES since july **th and do not wish to connect again today which at last count * more times today.... If this responder is in that location, then do not respond...*Until last week I have had sporadic service(s) since July **th due to what must have been a wire crossover due to a new tenant moving who chose VIDEROTRON same thing in ****.*Why does BELL not have protection or a firewall in place protecting their clients. When speaking to a neighbour they had a similar issue.*When giving postal codes for those persons your outsourced employees said it could not happen.... When I asked what the technician found that he spent * hours on site for.
