My problem Bell is that every time I speak with an agent regarding my account, I get different information about what can and can't be done. It is clear that Bell agents are not properly trained or informed about the rules and that some agents are happy to tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get you off the line. I was promised delivery of two mobile devices on a set date prior to my travelling, only to be told on a follow up that the phones are not available. This is now a major inconvenience for us. The expedited call centre could not help. I could pick up the phones at a nearby store but would have to arrange new plan as opposed to what I had to arrange when I put the initial order in. It is important that Bell agents are clear on all rules and what they can and cannot do. Not make promises the company cannot keep.
