I had put a service request on *th March **** to reactivate my services ( Confirmation no: ******* ,Order date: March *, **** - **:** a.m.) . and my services are not active yet . ** I checked my services on **th march **** , and when I saw that my services are not active yet , I contact Bell Canada and spoke to your customer representative , Mr. Jay through live chat , who informed me that due to weekend my service request was not processed so he took my request and also passed me on to the level * team in chat support and I spoke to Ms. Angelina. Ms.Angelina , confirmed me that the service request was under process and my services would get activated effective from midnight **th march **** . It is * am here and my services are not active yet. **I have been following up in different level , but my issues has not been resolved , so I am writing to you . I am ** years old , and the behavior of your customer representatives and the continuous process of following up with Bell Canada is very tiresome.**Request to to look into the matter and take necessary actions to reactivate my services . And also request Bell Canada to be more transparent with their customers regarding the time taken to solve the queries and the service requests hence forth preventing any harassment to the customers.**Would really appreciate your effort to look into the matter .**Regards, *Animesh Roy
