I have a phone that the contract ended on back on July ** of this year. Problem is I also added my son to my account and his contract is not up until January ****. So since he uses a ton of data and doesn't pay his bill I want to take my phone off and set it up on my own. I have a hard time doing this since the bill just keeps getting higher and higher and I'm told I I have to get the bill down first. I spoke with one of your reps from a call center last week by the name of CJ he was of no help but submitted a ticket for me. I specified the hours I could be contacted but never got a call that I could actually take. I also have Bell TV and at one point I was told I should have a discount but I couldn't have it because they were two separate companies. What I am hoping for is to put my phone on a two year contract and be able to let my son take over his remaining contract. If It is something I can bundle I would like to bundle my cell phone and home services at an affordable price and stay with Bell after all these years (must be close to ** years ) and also have some credits to bring down the main bill. It comes down to staying with bell or move on. Either way the time is right.
