I am ** hard of hearing bad vision your uninterrupted loyal client since **** left Canada permanently ** October **** after advising you by phone and after returning new cellular phone without opening box advising in writing of my departure. Kept receiving billing for periods covering months after departure. In toutch by phone with customer service got nowhere but stating repeatedly that there is no mention in the file and finally offering discontinuation of billing some months later in spite of the fact that I mentioned he could check the list of calls and see that no calls were made after departure and the fact that I was a long term client.. I hoped that the gentleman would pursue an investigation and redress the situation. I kept receiving invoices covering ensuing months. Knowing that I was getting nowhere with customer service and not knowing which Saint to ivoke I ignored this billing. I finally received you "avis presuspension" asking for a payment of ***.** when, if I had been properly billed covering up to the end of Octobr **** and which of course I woulf gladly pay and which I believe would amount to some **. This was followed by a summon from a collection agent for over ***. Please resolve this problem as the good old MaBell would have done it.
