I recently decided to change from Bell to cable. There was an issue of chanels being disconnected ...my payment was not reduced, yet to get back the chanels was an additional **.** a month charge. I set up the transfer date for June **th. About three days before this date, someone fro Bell called to make us a better offer for a * month period. I declined. Next morning my telephone and internet services were cut off. After spending close to * hours on the phone, I was advised that our services were prematurely cut off. *They offered to send a technition on June **th at * am . As the cable connection was at ** am... I declined the offer...On Friday, no one came from the cabe company. After another * hours on the phone, I was advised by cable, that Bell had called them to say ''Customer has changed their mind''...After speaking to * people, Bell offered to reconnect my phone as have a son on a waiting list for heart surgery... The tehnician offered me a credit for our inconvenience. On Saturaday * afternoon our phone was reconnected. Our internet was off * days and was never reconnected. I had to make another call for cable reconnection which only could be done the following week. I am sure that all these conversations are on some notepad in you system. The current bill arrived....please make the appropriate adjustments to my bill as promised by your technician.
