****o Bell, there's something wrong with my billing. It is suddenly $**.**! My bill is normally $**.** total per month. On June **th I got a text from Bell saying I'd used ** % of my monthly data, so I took a photo of my data usage page stating I'd used *** megabites only, and made sure not to use data again until after June **th, as that's my roll over date. I'm supposed to have *** MB per month. Also, I got an Email from Bell on Thursday stating I had a new service agreement with Bell, but that doesn't make sense because I haven't contacted you to change any of my services. I wasn't ***% sure if the email was really from Bell, or if it was a scammer email, it has an attachment but I didn't open of because I wasn't sure if it was legit. Can someone from Bell please contact me by PHONING me right away to discuss these important issues?
