Add enough gb to cover overage ... I had called to add * Gb of data to my * gb like I do monthly when I received a **% data usage. The employee upped me to * gb in the middle of the month instead of just adding the * to cover the cost like I had asked. He did not warn me that I would go over the * or no longer receive notifications or block. I accidentally went over ** gb with no clue that I had used it. I had an EXTRA *gb which sometimes lasts a whole month fine... I had no reason to check or assume I was going over. I was told I’d have an $** bill which turned in $*** and only dropped to $*** I am on odsp and receive $*** a month... I cannot afford this nonsense. I wanted * gb. That’s it. That’s what I called and asked for. I have had nothing but horrible experience with customer service and will not be renewing my contract with Bell due to this matter and how it has been dealt with. Feel free to listen to calls & look at past bills I never go over $*** adding the extra gb I need. The last time an employee changed my bill I was charged $*** because he Changed my long distance calling minutes half way through the month so evuthing I had done on previous was added up and your customers are suffering due to this inexperienced employees. Please resolve this issue. I am willing to pay $*** I know I used data but I had no intension or idea I was... I wanted * gb I will pay what I usually pay because that is all I asked for originally. I would like to speak to a manager please.
This is not the first mistake an employee has made....
Reducing the bill and admitting their customer service is at fault for not clarifying or owning up to the mistake.
