I had a Bell Canada bundled plan that needs to be re-negotiated after two years. I can't get any straight answers from Bell's Customer Retention Dept. One agent kept me on the phone for ** minutes, promised a rate reduction of over $** a month but never sent me a follow up email. When I called again, another agent told me they had no record of this call or the price reduction. They checked out Bell's so called promotions and only reduced my current bill of $***.** by $* dollars a month. I have been given a run around by so called Customer Retention agents. Their negotiation tactics are designed to confuse, anger and force their customers to take their business elsewhere. I have sent a written complaint to Bell but want to send a letter to Bell's CEO.
