I am a Bell home phone customer (***-***-****). The windstorm late April or early May caused me to lose my line connection. A service person came and he said he only did a temporary fix reconnecting the line and a permanent fix burying the line in the ground will be done in about * weeks. However, till now no one has shown up, and the phone line as it was fixed by just lying on top of my hedge is now "buried" in the hedge. The hedge is overgrown now and needs trimming, but doing so risks cutting the line. Please send someone quickly to either bury the line in the ground or at least hang it high away from the hedge. Thanks!
