I had Bell Business Internet and phone installed on November 30, [redacted], for my home office. I am struggling to get an order number and password to set up my business phone. The internet speed is not as per my contract, and I can't get through to anyone for assistance. I have attempted multiple phone numbers without success, leading me only to bill payment options which I cannot use without the necessary details. After finally speaking with a representative yesterday, I was told to wait for an email from Bell with the required information. It's been three days since the installation, and my phone remains unusable. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
