Me and my aunt shopped at Alabaster, Al Belk’s on Wednesday on Wednesday aug.**.*We were not going to do the pre buy since we were out of town and didn’t want to drive altho just ** minutes to get it . We checked out in the shoe Dept . But the salesladies told us on we ship and it is free shipping . For the savings we decided it was worth waiting jus a few days for it . They told us the packages get packaged for shipping the ones that ship and might ship out Friday ** or for sure would ship sat ** th . We agreed as we should have had by Tuesday at the very latest being only ** maybe miles from the store . Today is Friday the **th of August and still no package . I Called the store wed. The ** th and spoke with manager . He kept me on hold forever and and finally came back and said could not find could he call me back . Well after almost * hours and no return call I called back. He was to return my call remember and let me know status of what was going on . But he did not but he said in it shipped out yesterday which would have been Tuesday the ** th . I do not believe it had shipped since we still do not have out packages because they would have come next day or * at most . I am very disappointed In This process and will never do it again. I have been a bulk customer for ** years but this was truly a bad *experience . I think it got thrown in the pile for pick up and maybe the girls did not mark it to package to ship and it was thrown who knows where in the area . *If it does not come today the ** th I guess it will force me a trip out of town which I was avoiding being a holiday weekend but over ***.** charged to me and I have nothing and my aunt had her charge and no package either . *This needs attention so it want happen to anyone else. *Thank you *Deborah Dennis and the other package was Pauline Glenn
