I dropped of my earrings with Cindy Fine Jewerey and a month ago the entire setting was replaced with my permission and i have been trying to contact someone to assist me with this matter. I refused the earring because I did not authorize the setting to b replace and no one has contacted me to rectify the situation. Cindy customer service was awful and treatment i received was appalling. I called her different times and she has yet to give me any explanation about my earrings. If someone could call and help me get my original settings and the back to my earrings back so that I can move on from this nightmare. I have called written a ltr to CEO and VP I faxed a letter. My next step will be notifying the Media is my last resort if I do not get my originial earrings and back returned immediately.
