I am a member of the Technology team at Frisco ISD and we are currently working on setting up the Behringer x32 in our system. The vendor we worked with mentioned the remote access feature, which I have been testing with a Netgear router and an iPad. However, in our actual setup: 1. The Behringer x32 is installed in a sound room with a data port on the wall. 2. We have a Cisco WiFi access point with a private SSID located far from the sound room, making it difficult to physically connect with a cable. Our engineer suggested connecting the Behringer x32 to the network using a Cat 5/6 patch cable and then using the iPad to connect to the WiFi access point in the public area. I had concerns about this as our WiFi network is separate from our LAN. I believe the WiFi access point needs to be on a private network with the Behringer x32 cabled locally. I have reviewed the Behringer X32 WiFi setup & Network Guide but am still unsure about the setup. Any insight on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bobby

I have a U-Phoria UMC404HD USB input. I've used it for years on two different Macs: an older Mac Mini and a brand new MacBook Pro. Both are updated to Catalina. Yesterday, I recorded audio through both without issue. However, last night, my Mac Mini didn't recognize the U-Phoria. I reinstalled the OS with the same result. Today, my MacBook Pro also failed to recognize the interface. I checked cables, Sound preferences, and Audio MIDI Setup but to no avail. Apple Support mentioned no firmware updates and suggested the device may be the issue. I'm puzzled as I've never faced any problems with my U-Phoria before. Any similar experiences? Thank you for your assistance! Best regards, William F.

I purchased a PSU6UL power supply from Zzounds for my XENYX 1202fx mixer, but unfortunately, the connection does not fit. It does, however, fit my XENYX [redacted] mixer, which already has its own power supply. Zzounds has agreed to process the return, and they advised me to reach out to Behringer to obtain the correct PSU for my 1202fx mixer. Both mixers have power supply ports with a 3-pin (round) triangle configuration and a square (or rectangle) plug. The orientation of the triangle differs between the two mixers, with one facing up and the other facing down. The power supply I require for the 1202fx has a rectangular plug, unlike the square plug on the [redacted] mixer. Appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I am experiencing a constant hiss when I playback my microphone audio through my headphones or speakers. After unplugging the microphone from my Behringer Xenyx X1622USB audio board, I still hear the hiss. This makes me think the issue is either with the audio board itself, the USB cord connecting the board to my computer, or it may require a USB ground loop insulator. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a UMC204HD professional audio interface from Behringer. From the beginning, the device had issues being recognized by my PC and would sometimes lose all sound. Despite troubleshooting with various support systems, the problem seems to be a faulty USB connector on the device. Behringer's warranty process was frustrating, requiring excessive information and requesting redundant proof for a known defect. They have not been responsive to resolving the issue, leading me to believe they are not honoring their warranty obligations. I am considering legal action to address this issue and protect consumer rights from companies exploiting loopholes for profit rather than prioritizing product quality and customer service.

I bought a Virtualizer 3D FX2000 a few months back with serial number S[redacted]17A3P for my radio show. Recently, it stopped working even though it powers on, the LED panel lights up, and the selection knobs function. I've checked the cables and tried unplugging and replugging it without success. The effects from the unit are not being produced correctly. What should I do next?

I've been using my UMC22 (bought on Amazon in the UK) as a guitar interface without any issues until recently. The instrument input is now not producing any output, only the XLR input works. I've tried various solutions from online searches and the Microsoft Community with no success. Despite rolling back to an older driver version, the problem persists. It seems related to Windows 10 updating drivers automatically. There must be another factor at play that I haven't identified. I'd appreciate any help or guidance from those familiar with this issue. Thanks, Brian B.

I recently purchased a Behringer UMC 22 interface and am using the latest Windows 10 with Audacity. I am having trouble getting my Fender Stratocaster guitar to register in Audacity for recording. While I can drag and drop music files and hear them fine, there is no recording signal when playing my guitar through the UMC 22. I have downloaded the correct ASIO4ALL driver for the interface, and it appears in Windows settings as an audio codec alongside a Realtek sound card. Can anyone offer a solution to this issue?

I recently purchased a used Euro Live VPN 1220F floor monitor and found a broken piece inside the cabinet. The piece seems to be an electrical magnet - a rectangular metal wrapped in wire with black shielding wrap at the ends where the wires stick out. I connected a Marshall MG100HFX head into the floor monitor, it initially worked but stopped after a bit of feedback. Upon inspection, everything seems connected except for this piece. Can you please provide me with a wiring diagram for this floor monitor's electronics to help me identify where this part goes? Also, I am unsure if plugging an amp head into it is okay or if I need to purchase a board to run a microphone through it. Any assistance or information you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I've owned two Behringer Ultratone K1800FX Keyboard Amps with FX and one Ultratone K450FX Keyboard Amp with FX over the past two decades. Unfortunately, all three have experienced the FX failing, resulting in a loud, continuous crackling noise resembling a motorbike. I replaced the motherboard on one K1800FX unit, but the issue recurred shortly after, indicating the motherboard may not have been the root cause. These repeated failures have been disappointing and costly. I am seeking advice on identifying and resolving the underlying problem to avoid further expenses on parts replacement. While I have been a long-time user of Behringer products, I may need to consider an alternative amp if the cause of these failures cannot be determined. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Gino

I purchased the Behringer [redacted]-Watt Floor Wedge Monitor, model F1220D, last year. Due to COVID, I only recently set it up in our practice room. Upon inspection, we found that the high-end tweeter was not working. After checking the connection and testing with an ohm meter, it appears the tweeter is defective. The issue seems to be with the dust cone and possibly the magnet. Unfortunately, this unit is not easily serviceable, so it likely needs to be replaced. I've been struggling to reach Behringer customer service to address this issue and get a replacement tweeter for the defective unit.

Hello, I am thinking of buying one of the new "[redacted]" synthesizers. I've noticed that the LEDs have different colors on the Blue Marvin and Grey Meanie models, while the black/orange "[redacted]" has 4 different colors. I'm wondering if the LED colors signify anything like waveforms or signal paths, or if they are simply random colors with no significance. Understanding if the LED colors represent specific information will assist me in my decision-making process. Thank you, M. Finstrom.

I recently purchased a Q1002USB mixer for my piano Zoom lessons but am having trouble getting it to function correctly. I use it to mix my piano, microphone, and sometimes a drum machine or MP3 player. I require the mixer to allow me to hear both my tutor and my playing simultaneously. My previous setup involved a 6 channel Behringer mixer and a small audio interface connected as both input and output. I hoped the new mixer would simplify my setup by reducing cables and eliminating the need for a separate interface. Unfortunately, I am unable to achieve this with the new mixer. Despite trying the USB push buttons, I can only make it work by connecting my computer's headphone output as a line in. Can you advise me on how to configure the mixer to meet my needs before I decide to return it? Thank you, Andy.

I recently purchased a Behringer X-Control to use with Reaper DAW. After updating the X-Control firmware and ensuring I have the latest version of Reaper, I'm running them on Windows 10 with an Intel i9 processor. Everything is working well except for a minor issue - the faders on the X-Control are half a decibel out of sync with each other. In Reaper, when zeroed out, the faders on the X-Control are half a decibel above the zero mark. I've reached out to Reaper and Behringer but haven't received a response yet. I'm trying to determine if the X-Control is faulty. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, I am a new Wing Console user who purchased the device from another individual. Unfortunately, I am facing a significant issue with the Copilot software. Upon launching, Copilot only displays a black screen! Despite updating the software and my iOS on the iPad, the problem persists. After opening with the Behringer logo, it transitions to a black screen every time. I have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but to no avail. Copilot version: 1.6 iPad iOS version: 12.5.2 Wing version: 1.10.1 I have already posted this concern on the Music Tribe website, but have not received any assistance. Could someone please help me with this issue?

I recently received the Q1202USB mixer, but I am a bit frustrated. I initially looked for a mixer with Firewire, which I couldn't find, so I settled for the Q1202USB. I use Cubase 6 and 7 on a Quadcore Intel processor with 16GB of RAM on Windows 10. When using Cubase 7, I have noticed intermittent recording issues, and I am uncertain if it's during recording or playback. It feels like there might be a loose connection with the USB cable. I am also unable to playback audio through the mixer; it only plays through my regular speakers. When I select the "Generic Low Latency Driver" in Device Setup, it works, but the "ASIO4All v.2" option is not functioning correctly. I went online to locate a driver since it didn't come with a disk. I'm struggling to channel the sound back through the mixer to my studio monitors as there's no option for it. Furthermore, I am unsure how to register my product as the process leads me to a site called Musictribe, which seems unrelated to Behringer. If these issues persist, I may need to return the mixer.

Hello, I recently acquired a Behringer Xtouch One DAW controller and have been using it with Reaper. I've been happy with my Behringer products so far, but I am encountering some issues with the Xtouch One. After following your setup video, I initially had no problems. However, whenever I open Reaper now, I receive a message indicating that the Midi input and output for the Xtouch One could not be opened. In the Midi devices section, I can see that the Xtouch One is enabled as demonstrated in the video. The Xtouch One seems to function correctly, but being new to both the Xtouch One and Reaper, I am uncertain. The recurring message upon opening Reaper is concerning. Should I disregard this message or is there a solution to rectify it? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Nick.

Dear Sir or Madam, I was told to contact you regarding issues with Behringer products. Here is my concern: I own 4 Behringer active full-range speakers, specifically the [redacted] Neo model. These speakers have been stored in a dry and warm place for approximately 2 years without use. When I recently tried to activate them, 3 out of the 4 speakers had a loud bang and sparks at the rear power switch upon turning them on. I am unsure of the cause and hope to prevent this in the future. I have ruled out moisture, animal bites, and faulty home power. Are the [redacted] Neo speakers also at risk, or is it specific to the [redacted] Neo series? Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, M.I.

Dear Sir or Madam, I was told that I am in the right place to address any issues with Behringer products. Here is my concern: I have 4 active full-range speakers from Behringer, specifically the [redacted] Neo model. These speakers have been stored in a dry and warm place for about 2 years without use. When I tried to activate them again, 3 out of the 4 speakers malfunctioned. Upon switching them on, there was a loud bang and sparks came from the back of the speaker. I am puzzled by what could have caused this and how to prevent it in the future. I can rule out moisture, animal bites, and faulty household electricity. Could the speakers have been damaged from being idle? I also own Behringer [redacted] Neo speakers – are they at risk too, or is the [redacted] Neo series of lesser quality? I always considered Behringer products top-notch, but my perception is currently shifting. Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, Michael Iselt My email address: [redacted]

I recently purchased the Behringer ADA8200 UltraGain Digital Audiophile 8 in/8 out ADAT audio interface to expand my inputs. While I successfully connected it to my Focusrite Scarlett 18i20, I encountered an issue during a band rehearsal. The XLR jacks intended for monitoring the additional channels are not functioning correctly, and I only hear white noise when trying to connect to my analog PA system. I'm unsure if there's a specific step I missed during setup or if there's a larger problem at play. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
