Hello, I wanted to share my correspondence with Tony from VIP Audio in Brooklyn, NY. Dear VIP Audio [redacted], I am referring to Page 5 of the Behringer CX2310 crossover manual. SUBW.Out Connector: This is the balanced XLR output for the mono subwoofer signal. This signal stays constant in both mono and stereo mode and provides an additional means of achieving 2-way and 3-way operation. Despite trying with the stereo highs, one side is not working in stereo mode. The unit is set for two-way stereo with the button pushed in the back, and I also tested it with the button released. - Rueski2 VIP Audio [redacted], The unit you bought is designed for 2-way stereo for highs and bass, not for mids. Therefore, only one side will function. Our technician will be in touch with you soon. Thank you, Tony C Rueski2, I received the Behringer CX2310 crossover from UPS, and it is not working in stereo mode. The left channel does not work in stereo configuration. I require it for stereo playback with a sub out, not for mono. Kindly reach out to me promptly for a resolution.

Hello, I am experiencing audio cutouts with my UMC [redacted] interface. I have a Presonus Firebox from [redacted] that is working fine. I tried uninstalling all Firebox drivers, syncing everything to [redacted], but the UMC still cuts out. Reinstalling the Firebox drivers makes it work again. However, no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, only the Firebox works. I am hoping to speak with a live tech representative for assistance as this issue is very frustrating. My system runs on Windows 7 with a Haswell i7 4770k processor, a custom Gigabyte motherboard, and 16GB of RAM. I have only EZ Drummer, some soft synths, and Sonar X3 installed. My RME audio interface also works on this system but is currently in a different studio. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I recently purchased a Firepower FCA1616 interface, and it has developed an issue where it makes strange hissing and clicking sounds. Despite trying to reset it multiple times and testing it with different monitors and headphones, I am unable to get any audio output. Although the interface lights up according to the output channel, indicating it is receiving an audio signal, it fails to produce sound on any channel. This seems to be a factory defect as the unit has been securely mounted on a rack with a surge protector since I bought it. Could you please advise on how to resolve this matter promptly? Thank you. -Brendan

Our church hired an installer through Guitar Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to set up a new sound system with a Behringer X32, new speakers, Shure microphones, and new wiring. Unfortunately, less than a year later, the system malfunctioned. The installer, who had promised a loaner board if necessary, was unresponsive. Upon contacting Guitar Center, we learned that the installer had closed his business and failed to submit the warranty papers for the X32. We had to engage another sound company to replace the system, purchasing a new X32 without assistance for the initial faulty one we invested heavily in. We are seeking urgent contact with a Behringer representative with authority to address this pressing issue promptly.

Whenever I'm playing games and watching videos or listening to music, the audio often cuts out. I've tried everything, including updating the driver and installing the ASIO driver, but the problem persists. Whenever this happens, I find that disconnecting and reconnecting the USB interface twice solves the issue, but it's really frustrating. It's not just the headset audio that cuts out, but the microphone as well, especially when I'm playing online games. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to replace the 12AX7 tube in my Bugera BC15 amplifier. Could someone please provide guidance on how to do this? I just received my BC15 today, and while the sound is pleasant, there is a noticeable noise when I turn it on, even with the volume completely down. As this is my first tube amp, I am unsure of what the sound should be like, but the noise is very bothersome. I am looking for a solution to this issue and also would like to understand the process of replacing the tube for future reference. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Janne.

I am encountering difficulties setting up my external gear via my sound card in Logic X. My Bass Station and O-Coast are connected to Input 1 and 2, with the signal routed through the USB port to my computer. Despite selecting the instruments and not having Logic open, the sound continues to play through my Mac speakers. Mac sound preferences are set to 'Input - Audio Line-in port, and Output - Internal Speakers,' so the sound should not play unless chosen. However, the signal bypasses this and plays regardless. Even when opened in Logic, the sound persists through the speakers. The Behringer UCM404HD sound card is being used, and I also notice inconsistent and quiet sound quality. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a UMC202 HD interface from Amazon India. I have installed the UMC driver 3.29.0 on my Windows 7 system. When connecting a smartphone for line-in recording through inputs 1 and 2 on Adobe Audition CS6, everything works fine without the 48-volt switched on. However, when I plug in my BM800 microphone to either input, with or without the 48-volt, the interface does not register any signal. I have attempted adjusting the input knob, line/inst button, and pad button in various combinations without success. I have selected the UMC ASIO driver in the audio hardware preferences, and tested different settings with no luck. Even after trying a different condenser mic, the issue persists. The 'Format' tab in the UMC audio control panel consistently shows the input as inactive. Other mics work well with external phantom power, raising the question if the BM800 mic is incompatible or if there is a defect with the interface.

We recently had an incident where one of our Behringer EuroLive F1320D [redacted]-watt 2-way monitor speakers had a fall, resulting in damage to the XLR connector board. We would like to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a replacement board or side panel for this speaker system. The XLR connector, which is loose within the board, needs to be fixed. Any guidance or information on how to go about replacing the board would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I want to express my appreciation for your products and I have been a loyal customer for years. Recently, I bought the Behringer PPA2000BT Portable Bluetooth PA System ([redacted] Watts) (New) from zzounds, but encountered some serious issues. Despite being a long-time customer, I received no assistance from zzounds after 45 days. During the first week, the top fastener clip broke off, preventing safe transportation. Then, during a recent booking, one of the speakers blew out, causing a loud buzz. It seems unusual for these problems to occur in a [redacted]-watt system operating at half power. I urgently need a replacement speaker and top fastener. I hope you can address these issues promptly as the quality issues are unacceptable given the price I paid. Thank you, Charlene S. wickedcityentertainment.com [redacted]

Hello! I recently got a Behringer V-Amp Lx1-X. I have tried different power sources, various patch cords, and tested it with an amp, headphones, and a computer audio interface, but I can't get any sound out of it. Even when I max out all the settings and play the top two strings above the 12th fret, I can barely hear distorted sounds that lack sustain, as if going through a fuzz pedal and a bitcrusher. The onboard tuner also doesn't detect any signal, possibly due to an issue with the input jack. I attempted a factory reset multiple times. The unit came without the original power adapter, and I tested it with a 9V 600ma AC and a universal 3-12V 0-1300ma AC adapter. Any suggestions on what might be causing this or how it can be resolved?

I recently acquired a UMX61 keyboard and am attempting to assign a parameter (reverb) on a Kontakt instrument to rotary knob 1. Following the typical process of pressing and holding "assign" while adjusting the rotary knob and then pressing "enter," I am facing an issue. When trying to set up the MIDI assignment in Kontakt by mapping it to the controller knob, I am not getting any response. The usual red lightning bolt indicating MIDI activity is missing. However, I am certain they are connected as the keys produce sounds and the main volume slider on the UMX61 shows activity in the Kontakt window. I wonder what I might be missing or what I should do differently in this procedure. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am experiencing difficulties connecting my Dell Inspiron [redacted], model 7573WH with Windows 10 to our X32 console at church via USB for recording purposes. Despite my technical expertise, I am encountering issues with installing the X32 drivers. Upon connecting the USB cable, the Device Manager recognizes the console as a sound device with an exclamation point indicating an error. I have tried multiple USB cables, confirmed the console is set to USB mode, and updated the X32 firmware to version 3.09. However, I am unable to successfully install the drivers as they fail to install completely, even after various troubleshooting steps and reinstallation attempts. Despite investing hours into resolving the problem, including rebooting the console and my computer, I have been unsuccessful in establishing a stable connection. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated as I aim to record our upcoming Easter services. Thank you, S. H.

Hello, I own a Bugera Trirec guitar amp that I purchased from Thomann slightly over three years ago. Channels 2 and 3 have been experiencing a persistent issue. There seems to be an imbalance in volume and gain, resulting in sporadic blurry and uneven sound. It's as if the gain is being distorted and some extra low frequencies are being produced. Despite having the amp retubed, the problem persists. Channel 1, however, functions correctly. Thank you, Jorma O. Email: [redacted]

I recently purchased a Midas MR18, Turbosound iQ12's, and iQ18's. I transferred a scene from my Midas M32 to the MR18, and adjusted the Ultranet routing for the speakers. While my microphone channels and AUX input are working fine and passing signal through MAIN LR, I encountered issues with the fader for MAIN LR and the EQ functionality - it's not affecting the sound. This problem is also present in the BUSES. I would appreciate urgent assistance before my upcoming show tomorrow as I need full control over MAIN LR and BUSES. Thank you. - Dave

I recently purchased a Midas MR** mixer along with some Turbosound iQ** speakers. I've set everything up with a scene from my Midas M** mixer onto the MR**, and configured the Ultranet routing with the Turbosound speakers. So far, my microphone channels and AUX inputs are working correctly, passing signal through the MAIN LR. The issue I'm facing is that the fader for the MAIN LR is unresponsive, but the mute button works fine. Additionally, when I activate the EQ on the MAIN LR, the sound remains the same regardless of adjustments made. The problem persists with the BUSES as well. I need urgent assistance as I have an upcoming show and I'm unable to control the MAIN LR or BUSES properly. My name is Dave, and you can reach me at [redacted].

To Whom It May Concern, I am Jacob S., and I encountered issues with my x32 during a recent sound check which deeply affected my performance. This is the second x32 I've had in a year as the first one was faulty and had to be replaced. Despite doing the necessary update, the current x32 displayed error messages like F111 and DSP failure. During the sound check, all meters lost signal, and the console froze requiring multiple restarts. Despite following MusicTribe's instructions, the problem persisted, causing me to lose a business opportunity and tarnish my company's reputation. With a show coming up on Wednesday, I urgently need a replacement console to ensure a smooth performance. Considering the recurrent issues with the x32, I would appreciate if a Midas console could be sent instead as they are known for their reliability. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, Jacob S.

I am experiencing issues with my XR 18 equipment. Firstly, it is not staying connected to my PC while doing sound design for theater despite a recent firmware update. Do I need to send it for repair? Secondly, I am using snapshots for scene changes and need help with muting. Is there a specific area for X Air users involved in live theater like plays and musicals?

The X Air 18 mixer has great features, but the WIFI and Ethernet connections are weak and unstable. As an experienced musician using the latest OSX software, the mixer's connectivity issues are a big problem during performances. I need clear, step-by-step guidance on setting up the WIFI connection without losing it constantly. It's frustrating that such an expensive product at $[redacted] has such unclear connectivity instructions. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Mike

I own an MPA200BT. I purchased it with the expectation that I could control it using my Android phone. I downloaded the app from the Play Store, but unfortunately, it refuses to open. Although I can connect the unit via Bluetooth, the app fails to work for mixing control, which was a crucial factor in my purchase decision. I contacted tech support at Sweetwater, and while they managed to make the iPad work, they encountered the same issue with the Android app. I reached out to Behringer tech support via email last week but have yet to receive a response. My faith in Behringer is dwindling, and I'm contemplating selling my Behringer gear and switching to a different brand.
