In the vague and unrealistic chance that a person in authority might actually read this:**My wife ordered a headboard for a bed. She ordered it on March *th, with the expectation that it would be delivered on March **th. She called to verify the delivery date on or about March **th. Your contact people could tell her nothing. Today is March **th. We have been calling all day. Your customer service will not put us in touch with anyone who can help. They keep giving us tracking numbers and a promise that someone will call. **Your phone system is set up so that people in authority are untouchable. The group you contract with, customer service, is not helpful in any way. **Our order number is BBB **********. The last tracking number that we were given is: *********. **My name is Lou Feurino* email: L*****@***.com. My cell: *** *** ****. *My wife’s name is Mary-Jo* email MJ*****@***.com. Cell: *** *** ****.**We do not want the headboard any longer. We will purchase another elsewhere. We have placed a stop*dispute upon the purchase. Please cancel the order immediately. **Your customer service is abysmal in my opinion. Please allow me to be clear as to why I say this: I understand that mistakes happen. I understand that shipment orders fall through. Your people could tell us nothing - and I mean nothing - regarding what was transpiring. I could not speak to someone in charge.
