I am concerned about the apparent inconsistency in your company's stance on diversity. On your corporate website, you promote being an inclusive business with significant diversity. However, I recently learned that you will no longer sell "My Pillow" products due to the owner's political views. This decision seems unfair and prejudiced. I want to express that I will now consider shopping elsewhere aside from Bed, Bath and Beyond. I do not understand why companies choose to harm individuals and their businesses by discontinuing excellent products simply because of their political or religious beliefs. This trend of canceling those who express differing opinions is disheartening. I will explore other shopping options that do not engage in such practices or support the brand directly. Unfortunately, Bed, Bath and Beyond will no longer be my choice. It is regrettable that the company's leadership may be proving to be conformist rather than standing firm. This approach could have repercussions in the future.

To Whom It Concerns: BB&B has made the decision to stop carrying MyPillow products, which is within your rights, of course. I am genuinely surprised, and here is why: it appears that in this current climate, it's acceptable to "punish" individuals based on their differing political beliefs. I proudly served this country for over 37 years, both as enlisted personnel and as an officer, to defend the rights of all, regardless of whether I agreed with them - every race, creed, or color, it didn't matter, and I risked my life for it. Now in retirement, I see that certain political entities are not just looking to limit those freedoms but feel the need to destroy anyone or any business that holds different opinions. This is a direct assault on our constitution and certainly on free speech. It's disappointing that BB&B has chosen to align themselves with those seeking to restrict our freedoms, particularly considering your recent announcement to lay off [redacted] employees. It's regrettable that my extended family (39 strong and expanding) have decided to no longer support or patronize your stores - this too is a right we possess since you have sided with those who no longer value one of the most precious rights for the citizens of this nation: freedom from tyranny. Dear [Store], I am truly disappointed by your decision to remove the "MyPillow" product from your shelves because of Mike Lindell's political beliefs. As a 21-year military veteran, I find it distressing that a company would try to silence someone's First Amendment rights. My wife and I used to be loyal customers and even had our bridal registry at your store. We have a similar stance with Target and have not shopped there since [redacted] due to their policies. We will now also be boycotting your store indefinitely. It is disheartening to see a company make such a divisive decision. I hope you reconsider and respect differing opinions in the future. Sincerely, Stephen Y.

I have noticed that you have decided to discontinue the MyPillow line due to disagreements with Mike Lindell's opinions. This has alarmed me. I believe in Lindell's right to express his views under our constitutional rights. I see him as a patriot who cares deeply about our nation amidst cancel culture. I will personally cease shopping at your stores and encourage others who share my beliefs to do the same. It's disheartening when a store alienates customers with a political statement. I am disappointed that you have bowed to those who disregard the viewpoints of all Americans.

I recently learned that your company will no longer carry My Pillow due to their CEO's political views. I believe this decision goes against supporting American-made products and workers, as My Pillow prides itself on being made in the USA. It seems your company may prefer products from overseas manufactured in questionable conditions, which is disappointing. As a result, I will no longer be shopping at your stores, and I will exercise my freedom of speech to inform others to do the same.

I am extremely disappointed that Bed, Bath & Beyond has chosen to discontinue selling My Pillow™ products by Mike Lindell, citing "poor sales" as the reason. I find it hard to believe this explanation. It is unfortunate that the company's decision seems to be based on Mr. Lindell's political views, especially considering that his products are proudly made in the USA, supporting American jobs. This news has left me and my family, as well as my friends nationwide, disheartened. Consequently, I will no longer be patronizing your stores, either in person or online. I urge Bed, Bath & Beyond to reconsider this stance, issue a public statement regarding its support for American jobs, and reintroduce My Pillow™ products by Mike Lindell.

A few weeks ago, I made my final purchases at Bed Bath & Beyond. If the company is choosing to discontinue My Pillow, then I will no longer be shopping there. It's disappointing that the owner's desire for election integrity is being penalized in this way. It's concerning to see these actions from BB&B. If they feel the need to suppress opinions on election fairness, it raises questions about transparency. I will be buying MyPillow sheets online after sending this. I look forward to enjoying them. Goodbye to Bed Bath & Beyond.

I wanted to share that Bed Bath and Beyond has decided to discontinue selling MyPillow due to comments made by Mike Lindell regarding the [redacted] Presidential Election. A significant number of Americans, including myself, believe there were irregularities in the election and wanted these concerns to be addressed through legal channels. Unfortunately, when individuals and businesses are silenced for expressing views that differ from mainstream narratives, it threatens our freedom of speech. By aligning with this trend, Bed Bath and Beyond is unintentionally supporting censorship. As a result, I will no longer be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond or purchasing gift cards from there for special occasions. It's vital for companies to consider the diverse opinions of their customer base. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, A.C. Hendersonville, TN

I am concerned about how to legally impact Bed Bath & Beyond for its actions toward Mike Lindell. How can I stop supporting BB&B for its behavior that resembles a cancel culture? I have bought items there in the past but will no longer do so as I value living in a Constitutional Republic and not supporting such actions.

Dear Bed, Bath & Beyond, I have been a loyal customer for many years, but after recent events, I have decided to no longer support your company. The decision not to support Mike Lindell of "My Pillow" due to political reasons disappoints me greatly. I believe that this political division goes against the core principles of our country, where individuals should be free to create and sell products regardless of their political affiliations. By succumbing to such tactics, your company is doing a disservice to its customers and disregarding the values of free enterprise and individual choice. I urge you to reconsider these decisions and keep politics out of your business. Sincerely, Judith L. Simmons

Due to your decision to discontinue selling MY PILLOWS in your stores for political reasons, my family has chosen to no longer shop at your stores. We have spent a considerable amount of money there in the past, but will now take our business elsewhere for items like dishes, towels, pots, and pans. We used to be loyal customers, but we cannot support companies who make everything political. We hope that MY PILLOW experiences a surge in sales, similar to what happened with Goya foods after AOC's comments. We wish you all the best, but we will no longer be shopping at your stores.

As a longtime customer of BB&B stores, my family and I have been loyal patrons since they arrived in Austin. After relocating to DFW, we continued to rely on BB&B for our household needs. However, upon learning of the decision to remove My Pillow products due to political reasons, we have decided to no longer support your stores. BB&B used to be our first choice for kitchen, bath, and household items in Austin and our condo in Florida. Your customer service and product selection always impressed us, but we cannot overlook the censorship of products based on political beliefs. We believe this goes against American values of free speech and expression. We will be informing everyone we know about this decision. While I have strong opinions on the current political climate, I respect your right to make your own choices. Best, Robert J. Poth [redacted] Menton Lane Keller, TX [redacted]

Please remove my name from your mailing list as I no longer wish to receive coupons in the mail. The decision to stop selling My Pillow, created by Mike Lindell, is disappointing. I believe this move was ridiculous, and it has led me to reconsider supporting your business. I have visited your stores multiple times, holding your coupons, but never found items to use them on. Surprisingly, I only learned that you carried My Pillow after the ban. I might have used the coupon for those if I had known earlier. It's unfortunate that my husband's name is listed, as he has never been to your store. Moving forward, I plan to avoid businesses with your ideals as I find this decision troubling. Thank you for revealing your stance. - N. Noble, [redacted] Poor Farm Road, Fincastle, VA [redacted]

I have been a loyal customer of your stores for many years and have usually had a pleasant shopping experience. However, I am disappointed by your recent decision to discontinue offering My Pillow products due to political reasons. If the decision was based on low sales, I would understand. But injecting politics into your business choices goes beyond good practice. It is becoming increasingly challenging to find products made in the USA, and your choice to remove these items has put the jobs of American workers at risk. As a result of this decision, I will be taking my business elsewhere. While I understand that losing one customer may not concern you, considering the number of people who support President Trump, your actions could impact your employees' jobs. I hope you have considered the repercussions of your decision. Best regards, J.Z.

My spouse and I are disappointed to hear that you are discontinuing My Pillow due to pressure from Sleeping Giants regarding Mike Lindell's statements about the election. We find your decision to be weak and un-American. Freedom of speech is fundamental to our country's values. While we respect your right to make choices, we believe using your corporate influence to silence differing viewpoints is inappropriate. Mike Lindell has transformed his life, helping individuals in need through his company. If you harm his business based on the demands of a group like Sleeping Giants, what will happen to those who rely on his products? It seems you overlooked the destructive riots last year, possibly even supporting the groups involved. Your management's actions are disgraceful and lacking integrity. We have shopped at your stores before, but we no longer see the value in supporting Bed Bath and Beyond. We will be taking our business elsewhere, as will many others. Good luck with your alliances; we question how your business will endure the loss of customers who oppose your flawed principles.

It seems you've chosen to discontinue products from conservative-owned companies, like My Pillow, which has left me feeling upset. I have been a loyal customer of your stores, but I cannot support a business that seems to be engaging in cancel culture and discriminating against conservatives. If this is the path you are taking, I will have to remove your stores from my list of places to shop. I will be vocal about this decision, sharing my thoughts with others and posting on various review websites. I would like to see a change in this direction and hope to read about a reversal of this decision in an article, rather than receiving an email response from you.

I own 2 homes and multiple rental condos and have 2 college-aged daughters. I used to frequent Bed Bath & Beyond frequently until they stopped selling MY PILLOW due to political reasons. This decision has prompted me to cease doing business with them. I was at a store tonight, unaware of this news, but will be returning my purchase tomorrow. I will now be shopping at Target instead. This situation brings back memories of my Catholic grandfather facing discrimination in the 1940s and 50s, being shunned in his neighborhood and discriminated against in his job. Discrimination based on factors like race, sex, politics, or religion is unacceptable. I believe this move by Bed Bath & Beyond goes against the principles of freedom of speech and thought, resembling actions seen in communist countries.

After learning that you do not sponsor companies like My Pillow with Mike Lindell, I have decided to no longer support your stores and will explore other options. It would be best for your company to refrain from getting involved in politics. I plan to inform my friends and family about your stance and any other companies that follow the same path of withdrawing support due to political beliefs that are unrelated to serving the public. If your company has grown so large that it no longer values the support of hardworking American families, then my absence will likely go unnoticed. Your recent actions suggest a betrayal of the American people. Sent from my iPad

I am disappointed in the company I once liked. Removing "The Pillow Guy" for addressing an issue with President Trump goes against our country's freedom of speech. As a proud supporter of our military, I feel this move undermines the very freedom my son and father fought for in the Army. I have decided to stop shopping at your store and will urge others to do the same. Small steps like this can lead to bigger consequences; we must uphold our values. I hope you will reconsider your decision and embrace a more inclusive, American attitude. Thank you, Cindy Bigler.

Subject: Issue with Incorrectly Spelled Personalized Coffee Mug Hello, I am Elizabeth Carlson from Corvallis, OR. I placed an order (Order No. BBS[redacted]) for 6 personalized coffee mugs for Christmas, but one arrived with the name misspelled. The customer service representative at BB&B was incredibly helpful and promptly sent me a replacement mug with the correct spelling just in time for Christmas. However, I am now facing difficulty in returning the incorrect mug. I have tried contacting customer service via phone and online, but I cannot find a way to initiate the return for this specific item. The online system is stating that I cannot return it on this order. I would appreciate guidance on how to receive credit for the incorrect mug and where to send it back. Could you please provide a free FedEx label for the return process? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as the online return options do not seem suitable for my situation. Thank you for your help.
