First off I'd like to say that I love your store and your products and have never had an issue up until now. I placed an order- ( order BBB**********) on *****. The order was originally supposed to arrive by ****.. I got an email saying the item was shipped ****, and then that was it... I waited and waited and never got my product, an updated email, nothing, I couldn't even track the shipping.. After waiting for weeks I called your customer service around ***** and they told me the package had been lost and that I would get a refund and a follow up email.. I was pretty upset with the fact my package was lost ( I know it happens) and I was very much looking forward to using this product for Christmas d*cor but it was already after Christmas at this point so might as well take the refund.. So no refund, no follow up email as promised... several days later the package arrives... I attempt to return the package at the store ( mind you I do not like to go to stores at this time due to covid)... If I wanted to go to the store I would have purchased this item from the store in the first place and never had any of these issues... So now they tell me because its seasonal and the order was placed over ** days ago I can't return the item... so now I'm stuck with the item that I really really wanted but can't use due to Christmas being over, and no refund and very poor customer service on your end.. I am very disappointed in this situation
