I am writing to share my recent purchase experience with you. We planned our Christmas gifts carefully this year since we had a tight budget to work with. One family member specifically requested a purple UGG weighted blanket. After much research, we opted to order the UGG® Serene Reversible Striped 12 lb. Weighted Throw Blanket in Port for $99 from your store on December 7 with order number BBB[redacted]. Unfortunately, it's now after Christmas and we have yet to receive the blanket. I understand the current situation with high online shopping volumes due to Covid, but I was surprised that a 12-pound weighted blanket was shipped via USPS instead of FedEx or UPS. Even the staff at the Kalispell Bed Bath and Beyond store found this choice unusual. They noted that USPS is usually used for smaller packages, while larger and heavier ones are sent through FedEx or UPS. Additionally, receiving an email on the 14th stating the blanket had shipped, only to find out it was just a label created, gave false hope that it would arrive by Christmas. If not for the strong desire for this specific blanket, we would consider returning it. We are disappointed with the overall shipping service provided.

On December 16, [redacted], I was expecting a partial shipment with order number BBB[redacted]. Upon arrival, the package was labeled correctly with my information but contained another person's order and delivery sheet. I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond the next day to report the issue. Following their instructions, I returned the wrong item via FedEx with the provided label. The package arrived at Bed Bath and Beyond on December 21st. I was then informed a replacement order, BBR[redacted], had been processed, but upon checking the status, the number was not recognized on the website. For the past three weeks, I've been attempting to reach out regarding an issue I encountered at BBB in Bangor, Maine. I had a coupon from an online order that I wanted to redeem, so I called ahead to confirm its validity and any restrictions. Despite traveling an hour to the store and filling my cart with k-cups and other items, I was informed at checkout that the coupon couldn't be applied due to the items being on sale. Disappointed by this inconsistency, I chose to leave the products in the store and exit without making a purchase.

I have been trying for 3 weeks to get in touch with someone regarding an online order I placed, which also included a coupon I received. I wanted to utilize the coupon at the BBB store in Bangor, Maine, so I called to confirm its validity and any possible restrictions. Despite driving for an hour to reach the store and filling my cart with k-cups and other items, I was informed at the register that the coupon could not be applied due to the items already being on sale. As a frequent customer of both the physical store and online platform, this encounter left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Hello! I placed an order on 12/9 and I am aware of the current delays with USPS. However, I have yet to receive tracking information for my item. I got an email on 12/14 stating that it was shipped, but the tracking number provided leads to a message on the BBB website indicating that the item is awaiting carrier pickup. It has displayed this message for 2 weeks now. I am hoping for some clarity on this situation. I would consider switching to curbside pickup or just getting an update on the shipment progress. Order Number: BBB[redacted] I placed this order on December 1, with the last shipping update on December 21. The tracking was supposed to start within 2 days of December 21. Can you provide any additional information about the status of my order? I would like to know if the item is still on its way. When I made the purchase online, the item was not available in-store, but it is now in stock. Would it be possible to switch my order to an in-store pickup at the Orem Utah location? If the item is still en route, I am willing to wait for it. The current status I can view states that the order is running a bit behind schedule. It mentions that packages may take up to 2 days to begin tracking. It also indicates that the estimated delivery date will be available once details are provided by the carrier. Tracking information shows that the shipment was sent from Bloomington, CA on December 21 and there were earlier scans in Springville, UT.

I recently placed an order for a snow leopard comforter and sham set, but unfortunately received a towel warmer instead. I tried to resolve the issue at the Plaistow, N.H. store, but they were unable to assist me as the shipping label was removed and not returned to me. I ended up purchasing another comforter set at the store, but now I need help cancelling and refunding the original order. The mix-up seems to involve my order # [redacted][redacted]. I recently received an email from Bed Bath and Beyond stating that a package was delivered to me on 12/29 at 3:10, but I did not receive any package. When I contacted BB&B, they informed me that Fed Ex made the delivery. I would like to reach out to Fed Ex to inquire about the missing package, but I need the tracking number to do so. I have made multiple attempts to unsubscribe from receiving emails from BB&B, but they continue to arrive. Sometimes I receive up to three emails a day which is frustrating. Unsubscribing from this list has proven unsuccessful, and I am now apprehensive about shopping at this store online due to the overwhelming number of emails. Please remove me from the list promptly. I made an online purchase at your St. Louis, MO store on Manchester on December 23rd with expected delivery on December 30th. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive. When I tried to track it online, I was informed that fees would be charged. I contacted the store directly and was informed that my order is in Indiana. Since my daughter is leaving soon, I now have to incur additional shipping costs to send her gift. I am requesting a reimbursement for the shipping charges so I can send her gift to her in time. I want to share my recent experience with your store. I have been a loyal customer, but my latest order (order BBB[redacted]) placed on 11/25, faced challenges. The promised delivery date of 12/8 passed with no product arrival or updates despite an email stating shipment on 12/5. After reaching out on 12/27, I was informed the package was lost, and a refund and follow-up email were promised. Disappointed by the lost package, I eagerly awaited the refund for a product intended for Christmas. Frustratingly, days later the package appeared. Wanting to return it due to Christmas being over, I faced obstacles at the store due to the item being seasonal and the 30-day return policy. This situation left me with an unwanted item, unmet expectations, and poor customer service, which is disheartening.

The item was well-packaged upon arrival, but the product itself is disappointingly flimsy and unable to support a sheer curtain. Typically, BB&B offers quality items, so this discrepancy may be attributed to the vendor's lower-quality products. I would like to initiate a return for this unsatisfactory item along with three similar ones purchased from the same vendor. Given my current physical limitations that prevent me from leaving home, I am unable to drop off the items for return. Could you please arrange for a courier to pick up the items instead? My family visited Bed Bath & Beyond last Sunday to buy some items. I've shopped here for years, although my husband hasn't and vowed never to return. The store was crowded, and being black, our experience was uncomfortable. Multiple employees repeatedly asked if we needed help, while others didn't approach us at all. The incident happened at the store on Transit in Buffalo, NY.

I recently learned that you are refusing to continue selling "My Pillow." I am surprised at how quickly you yielded to pressure and decided to stop selling this product because of the founder's political beliefs. This decision disappoints me greatly, and I am choosing to take my business elsewhere until you demonstrate more resolve and support an American's right to their political views. It's disheartening to witness businesses giving in to external influences like social media platforms banning users. The current situation is concerning as it seems like someone with differing political opinions can be targeted and treated unfairly. I recently learned about Bed, Bath & Beyond's decision to stop selling My Pillow products. I disagree with this move and believe it's an example of the "Get Woke, Go Broke" mentality. In response, I am organizing a fifty-state coalition of customers who have shopped at your stores to show that we won't stand for this form of cancellation. There are many other places to buy My Pillow products, and we will support them in the millions. We plan to boycott your stores completely and may even picket them to express our discontent with this attempt to suppress free speech. Censorship is unacceptable, and we won't stand by idly. This boycott will have significant consequences for your company, and I hope you take this message seriously. It's time to stop punishing individuals for their beliefs, and we will make sure our voices are heard by hitting you where it hurts - economically. I have noticed that your store has made the decision to stop selling Mike Lindell's My Pillow products due to entering the world of politics. It appears that many companies are now picking sides in political matters, which is unfortunate. Consequently, I have chosen to cease shopping at your stores. Similarly, when Amazon chose to back Black Lives Matter early on (despite my support for the Black community but not the specific organization), I terminated my Amazon Account and Amazon Credit Card. Additionally, I have closed my YouTube account, which had over [redacted] followers, as well as my Best Buy account. I intend to let my purchasing decisions speak for my values. While some may criticize your stance without taking action, I, like a few others, am following through on my beliefs. I believe that by aligning with a particular position, you are inadvertently adding to the division in our nation.

I have always been a loyal customer of Bed Bath and Beyond due to the variety of products you offer for the home. However, I recently discovered that you have removed My Pillow from your shelves due to their political beliefs. This decision is disheartening to me as I do not support the practice of boycotting individuals or companies based on their beliefs. Mike Lindell, the founder of My Pillow, is a well-respected businessman who has made significant contributions to our state (MN) and the country by keeping jobs in the USA. While I am reluctant to stop shopping at your store, I find it challenging to support a company that engages in what seems like politically motivated actions. I hope that Bed Bath and Beyond will reconsider its stance and base decisions on customer satisfaction rather than political considerations. I look forward to the possibility of returning as a customer in the future if this matter is addressed.
