I recently received an email requesting my feedback on the purchase of the Maxwell & Williams 5-piece Alfresco Pasta Set. Upon receiving the dishes, I discovered that the box contained broken dishes. I contacted customer service immediately to explain that I would not ship back the damaged goods. Instead, I requested that someone pick up the broken items. Since this incident in July (Order no. BB&B [redacted]), I have not received any updates or refunds as promised. At 84 years old, I find it difficult to reach a live person over the phone to discuss this issue. I still have the broken dishes in the original box. Please reach out to me promptly regarding how this matter will be resolved.

I had a frustrating experience when I called customer service and was on hold for over 45 minutes. When a representative finally answered, it was clear she wasn't attentive. Despite explaining my hearing impairment, she kept repeating the order number instead of addressing my request for an order confirmation email. I provided the order date and details, but the representative struggled to comprehend my needs. Even when I requested to speak with a supervisor, the situation didn't improve. I asked for a status update and for an email confirmation, but the call abruptly ended with me still in the dark about my order. This disappointing interaction consumed over an hour and a half of my time without resolving my issue.

Subject: Disappointing Store Pickup Experience Dear Bed Bath Team Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed with my recent store pickup experience. The representative simply handed over the bag to me in my car, presenting it as a special gift. However, upon inspection, I found several issues with the item: 1. The item appears to be used as I found hair in the combs. 2. There are marks inside the box, which I have captured in the attached pictures. 3. The leather box is damaged, as can be seen in the attached photos. 4. Additionally, the external cardboard box is torn in multiple places. Hello, I'm Kevilyn J., I recently bought my 1st home and decided to set up a "housewarming" registry at Bed Bath and Beyond. Unfortunately, my experience was not as exciting as I had hoped. My first two orders arrived promptly, but the trouble began with the third order. After a week had passed, I contacted their [redacted] number to inquire about the delivery date. The representative initially said it would arrive on 11/27/20, but it never showed up. I called again on 11/28/20, only to be informed that they had no information on when it would arrive, possibly not until next year. I was surprised to be questioned by customer service as to why I wanted my package. In frustration, I requested a refund for my brother's gift, even though it meant I would not receive the item he had purchased for me from Bed Bath and Beyond. I've spent all day trying to purchase an item. I placed the order last night, but received an email this morning saying it was canceled due to damage. After contacting the store, I was directed to another branch in Santa Clara, CA, on Steven Creek. They honored the previous price, gave me a 20% discount coupon, and took my card details for payment. However, when I followed up for a confirmation number, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Despite speaking with Anneth, who was friendly, the order wasn't processed. I tried calling 1-[redacted] GoBeyond, but they hung up on me twice. I have evidence of my calls, wait times, and chat conversations. The Steven Creek store took my payment details but didn't complete the order. I'm frustrated as the item is back to full price elsewhere, and no one seems able to assist me with this situation.

I believe I have been deceived. On September 29, [redacted], I mistakenly signed up for a savings plan instead of purchasing sheets. I immediately contacted the listed number within the hour and spoke with Rual, who advised that he could not assist at the moment but assured me it would be canceled. Subsequently, I contacted my bank, who suggested waiting for BB&B's response. Despite calling seven times and conversing with individuals like Lyn, Jonell, and Joann, my concern persisted. Joann promised to consult her supervisor and revert but I received an email declining a refund due to the 30-day limit, neglecting my cancellation request within the hour. I view this as dishonest. Although the savings plan is now terminated, I still feel wronged. The case numbers are [redacted]65 and [redacted]46. Your support is appreciated. I am a senior citizen of 78 years, and I depend on my finances. I repeatedly emphasized my financial constraints and inability to benefit from the plan. - Vivian H.

Good afternoon. On November 28th, I bought a twin bedding set at BB&B in Braintree, MA #[redacted]. I paid $21.24 with a coupon. I then ordered a waterproof mattress pad online for $34.99 using a $10 off coupon, resulting in a charge of $26.55. Upon pickup, the order was canceled, but I re-purchased in-store for $28.15. I was charged $26.55 on Nov 29 and $28.15 on Nov 30, feeling double-charged. I am puzzled by this and unsure why there were two charges. Normally, my credit card is charged instantly. I am still waiting for the $26.55 cancellation charge to reflect. Contacting BB&B has been difficult as email addresses and chat services provided have been unresponsive.

I placed an order on November 24th and received an email from BBB stating that it was shipped from Lewisville, Texas on November 25th. The order has been stuck in an "inbound scan" status in Houston on both November 28 and December 2. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and communication regarding the delivery. I tried reaching out through online chat but was left waiting without any assistance. When I called, the representative only repeated that the order is "in transit" within Texas for nine days. I plan to return the item for a refund if it ever arrives. I will not be renewing my Beyond Plus membership due to the service issues despite the free shipping benefit. It is disappointing to have to consider shopping elsewhere in the future. Thank you, Philip Knisely.

I have been struggling to return an online purchase to Bed Bath And Beyond for hours now. Unfortunately, the mailing label provided is incorrect, causing the online return form to reject my order number. I have dedicated a day and a half to resolving this issue. When I managed to speak with a customer service representative, I was abruptly hung up on. Another representative acknowledged the problem and assured me a proper mailing label would be sent. However, I only received a return label for an in-store purchase.

I reside in Oceanside Cove, Oceanside, NY [redacted], a gated community. On December 7, [redacted], I was informed by the front gate of a private delivery scheduled for 8:30 pm. The driver, Jean Claud, appeared to have caused an issue with the front gate attendant. I attempted to inquire about his affiliation and the sender of the delivery but he was unsure, leading to suspicion as he was in his personal vehicle. Consequently, he was asked to leave, resulting in me missing out on receiving my package. Afterward, Jean Claud mentioned the package was from Bed Bath & Beyond; however, he should have provided this information promptly and maintained professionalism. Disappointingly, I have yet to receive my merchandise, and it would be beneficial if Bed Bath & Beyond informed us in advance about deliveries by drivers in personal vehicles.

I have purchased a kitchen island with stools, expecting four boxes, but I have only received one so far. The order status shows that the item has been delivered, but I am missing three boxes. Additionally, there are issues with the chat feature on Bed Bath and Beyond's website. The URL provided is incorrect, and the chat function listed on their site is not functioning. Moreover, the customer service email is incorrect as well. When I emailed them, I received an automated response stating that the mailbox is not monitored, redirecting me to their unhelpful help site.

I recently received an email about my $50 in "rewards," but I am unable to log into my account using my email address, [redacted] When attempting to reset the password, I receive an error stating that no account is associated with the email. Despite contacting customer service and visiting the store, the issue remains unresolved. The store staff mentioned they are aware of similar problems and have taken my contact details promising to investigate, but I have not received any updates. I placed an order on November 18, [redacted] - Invoice ID #BBB[redacted], Transaction ID #2EJ539656B[redacted]. I have received all my items, and I am satisfied with everything except one item. The game "Freedom of Speech" that I ordered is disappointing. I believe the questions in this game are inappropriate and racist. As it is marketed as an "adult drinking card game," I expected some edgy content, but the extent of racism in the game was unexpected. Several adults I played with all found certain questions to be racist. I would like to request a refund for this item and remove it from my inventory. My order number is BBB[redacted], and unfortunately, I currently don't have access to a printer. Bed Bath & Beyond advised taking the return package to FedEx, showing them the email with the return label as a PDF. However, FedEx couldn't proceed with the return based on the emailed label. After driving 40 miles to get there, I faced a refusal. I can't transfer the return label to a USB to print it at a public center. This situation needs a solution promptly for me to return the package.

I have been attempting to update my mailing address with Bed Bath & Beyond since May [redacted], but despite multiple calls and a recent email, my address is still listed incorrectly. I've contacted them seven times, but they have not rectified the issue. It's frustrating because I'm missing out on receiving coupons and flyers at my new address. I feel like they are not following through on their promises to update my information. I'm running out of coupons and need to shop at both Bed Bath & Beyond and Harmon Face Values. I'm disappointed by their lack of action and communication.

However, the mandolin has not been delivered yet, with the tracking indicating it is awaiting pickup by the carrier. I placed an order on Dec. 4, and according to Deliver-It, a label was created for my package on Dec. 7 with an expected delivery date of Dec. 8. However, Deliver-It claims they never received the package from you, even though they had the correct label information and the label in hand. Now my goods seem to be lost somewhere in the process. I am searching for updates on my order #BBB[redacted]. Deliver-It provided tracking number BBB139946 with Reference #[redacted]78, but they have no record of receiving the package from you to attach the label. I am eager to know the whereabouts of my $63.87 worth of goods, specifically 6 boxes of the largest-sized 4oz Jolen Creme Bleach, priced at $9.99 each. I placed Order # BBB [redacted] online on November 27th, and it was marked as shipped on the 29th. However, for the past two weeks, the status has been stuck at "waiting for pickup." After contacting On Trac, I was informed that the package has not been collected for shipment. I have tried reaching out multiple times but have only interacted with automated responses. This is my second time using your service, and unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement. I spent 15 minutes on hold listening to music with no resolution. Earlier this year, I purchased a tension shower rod from this store, but when I recently tried to use it, the product turned out to be faulty. Unfortunately, the item is not showing up in my purchase history, making it impossible to return without an order number. I found the product in my review history, but it disappears when I try to access it. I really need a reliable tension rod and am disappointed by this experience.
