I returned an item just as I was supposed to. I have confirmation that on **** you have the item. I have been in retail management over ** yrs and I know my wait time for my refund is inexusable no matter what is going on in the world. You have had my money and the item for ** days. As far as I'm concerned that is theft. BBB has stolen money from me. It should have been automatic the minute you scanned my return in, however, if not it is nothing more than a click or * of a button. Someone needs to find and process my refund today. I don't want any excuses or bs, just do it. I would hate to think that I would need a lawyer to get a refund, that would make for some bad publicity. Thank you
