I purchased a crock pot for a family member for Christmas, sometime in the first two weeks of December, ****. She it back to her home in TN, first attempt to use it, it did not work! I no longer had the receipt, but did make the purchase on my credit card, which should be in your system. I need to exchange this crock pot for a working crock pot. I called the Raleigh, NC store and was told that they are not taking exchanges , at this time. I will eventually return this purchased crock pot, but appreciate a replacement, to be shipped to my family member ASAP! Thank you , in advance for your assistance!*The crock pot was purchased in the Raleigh, NC store! The crock pot is “CROCK POT* THE ORIGINAL SLOW COOKER”* SCCPVC-***-S
