I purchased a Vidalia Chop Wizard from your store. One of the bottom legs broke through and cracked right through - leaving a hole in the bottom corner. I could not use it anymore. I brought it to the store in Sterling Heights, Michigan. I wanted to exchange it for a new one. I still had the box and directions and all the pieces. I did not have the receipt and I paid cash. They said they could not give me a new one or do anything without a receipt. I was very disappointed. I don’t know of any store that I shop at that wouldn’t of exchanged it for me. They said that was the policy. I left the item at the store for them to through away because it was broken. I came home and kept thinking about it and it’s bothering me. This is why I’m contacting you. I have never had a problem here before. I was very surprised this was handled like this. The people in the store were nice and I understand they have rules to follow. I’m just questioning why it couldn’t be exchanged. The item was $**.** minus **%. It’s not expensive I guess I’m disappointed in your policy. Thanks for having a website to express myself.
