I recently collected my order of 27 cards from the Dallas Beckett location. On previous visits, I was told that the cards would be cleaned before grading. However, this time, all but 3 cards received poor "Surface" grades. One card with 3 9.5 subgrades got a 6 for "Surface." Most cards appeared fine to me, and the common "Surface" issues make me question if a new or inexperienced grader skipped the cleaning step. I even noticed a fingerprint on one card that wasn't removed. Can you please clarify this process for me? Thank you.
