Hello, my name is Jenny Kraus. I received Beats3 headphones as a Christmas gift in December [redacted]. After only 7 months of use without any problems, they stopped charging suddenly. I have attempted to charge them and also tried holding down the power and volume buttons together, but with no success. I am seeking assistance to either fix them or obtain a new pair. I am hopeful this issue can be resolved easily. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello Beats, I received a gift of PowerBeats3 wireless earphones from my brother in Boston, Massachusetts, which I have been using in India. The earphones were working well for 2 months until they started disconnecting from Bluetooth after a few minutes of connection. Despite trying to reset them multiple times, the issue persists. I reached out to my brother, but he mentioned high shipping costs to send them back to the USA. I am facing a dilemma as I really like the earphones and have been unable to find a local service center. Unfortunately, I am unable to send them back to the USA due to shipping expenses. Only used for 2 months, I am disappointed about missing out on using my PowerBeats3 wireless earphones. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
