The issue in GetHuman-ameliask's own words
I made a reservation at baymont, savannah midtown for November ** - December *, unaware that you had to be ** to check in. I called to have it cancelled and they made me a reservation at baymont, garden city before I was ready. I wanted to cancel this reservation, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email and when I searched for my reservation on the website it says my reservation wasn’t found. I assumed I didn’t have a reservation so I made one at a different hotel. I was then charged for the room I didn’t stay in. I would like a refund because there was confusion about the confirmation and I wasn’t given the option to cancel my reservation.
GetHuman-ameliask did not yet indicate what Baymont Inn & Suites should do to make this right.
