Help with my Bayer Corporation issue

Seresto cat collar. Took it off my cat, *Chloe and she has scabs on her neck where she has been scratching. I have been using Neosporin and Aspercreme to try and help her. Does not help. I don't know how I want it fixed. Please, I really want to talk to a person. Thanks

How GetHuman-imin fixed the problem
I called the company @*-***-***-**** & spoke with Erica. Told her my problem and then she connected me to the Refund department. I was told they needed a receipt, so I went to Wal-Mart & asked for a copy of my receipt from April. Miss Debbie in the cash office got it for me. Came home, called again, & asked for Erica, and she put me over to the Refund Department. I think I was talking with Jackie. She gave me a case number & and a very long address to mail the receipt to. I was asked to put the case * on the receipt. She asked me again for the proper spelling of my name as they refund by check. Everyone in this Company was extremely nice, & friendly. I felt like I knew Erica as she has just a happy personality. I mailed the receipt back to them yesterday. I am still waiting for the shipping label to send the collar back to the company. Erica said it might take a few days to get here. She said all I had to do was put the collar in a mailing envelope & put the shipping label on it and just drop it in the mail. I am very pleased with the way my problem was handled.
