The issue in GetHuman-slynnhub's own words
I purchase * large dog Seresto collars on ******* from my Veterinary@ Jamestown Veterinary Hospital. Collars were placed on the dogs and the vet checked the collars for proper fit.*Both my dogs have continued to itch and have some terrible sores with hair loss. My visit to the vet ******* resulted in a bill for $***.**. The hospital suggested I write to Seresto for a refund for the collars as the Veterinary office wouldn't refund me but said the company should since they purchase the collars direct from the manufacturer. The collars aren't effective this year. Last year I raved about how good they worked, but this year they aren't effective. A * month collar which cost me $***.**( for * collars) was a complete waste of money. My dogs both had to receive Depo-Medrol Injections and both are now on Nexgard chews for the flea treatment and on antibiotic therapy for the sores and hot spots. I have been talking to other people that are using the Seresto collar and some have the same complaints. The collars Lot* KPOCZZE KPOCFP*. I am requesting a full refund of $***.** for the defective collars. I am planning trips to the groomers to see if this is a huge problem with Seresto and if enough people are experiencing similar issues this may be a bigger problem for Seresto
