For starters, even though I paid for fastrak for both of my cars, I have never received the device that is placed on the windshields. my FASTRAK number is ********. email is: *****@***.com. Names on Fastrak: ROBERT ALLAN BLACK and PATRICIA O'KEEFE. REGISTERED TO: **** **TH COURT SE, OLYMPIA, WA *****. I have been at several film festivals and am now in Arizona and I just noticed that fastrak is saying we are evading tolls. Which is not true. And is also not fair on Fastrak's part. Please have a real human being contact me. ***.***.****. Yikes. You are charging me ** dollars for traveling on a toll road when we usually don't know they are toll rolls and, all of that, after we have paid for * cars to be registered to Fastrak and never received the proper devices. Or any devices. So please have a human being talk to me. I have tried reaching you via phone several times with no success. And before, like * months ago, I spoke with people and it was great. Please help.
