In mid-December **** I ordered a CD from you, Aemata * * $*.** *and subsequently received notice that it had been shipped.*Order no. ***********Tracking no. ***************************Every time I tried online to track this UPS shipment I was told no information had yet been received from the shipper, UPS. I then tried contacting B&N using your online customer satisfaction, giving only one star. Never a response.*Can you help me? *The resolution is to send me the CD I ordered.
I think you just confuse customers and are not interested in helping.
Send me the CD I ordered. Find the one you shipped OR totally refund my money.
Once. Service at least as good as Amazon.
