I just purchased a book (order ***********) and the order went through before I could apply the cyber Monday **% off. Can I get this changed. And get my discount?

I called my local Barnes and Noble after trying online. And calling the help line myself. Both got me known where. Even though it wasn't a store issue. She took my information. And called the help center for me. She called me back and said I should see the **% discount back on my account. Might take a week or so. But it will be tak*n care of.
