We went today at your store located in Redlands, CA. We normally go to purchase books around once a week. There is always a long wait to pay. This time there was only one person cashing out and was taking care of a customer for over ** minutes because they were ordering a few books. When we found another person from the staff we asked if she could open another cashier because we have been waiting for ** minutes. She told us she didn’t believe we have been waiting for ** minutes, it was pretty embarrassing how she calls us a liar in front on my children and how rude she was in the process to pay for the book, no thank you, no even a smile. We said thank you and we left the store as liars. Thought you wanted to know, the wait times and rude staff is becoming a norm in the Redlands Store. Thanks for your attention on this message.
