Hi I bought a copy of John Carter of Mars in your *th avenue store on Monday. When I got it home and unrapped it. I discovered the inside of the book is back to front and upside down. I am really disappointed as it was a present for my brother. I have been trying to ring but can't get through to speak to anyone. Is this an issue with this book or a one off. I can send photos and proof of purchase.
