Hello, While giving my dog, Champ, his treat from the Magic in the Moo-light treat bag tonight, I discovered a shiny object inside. Upon closer inspection, I found a circular piece of aluminum foil baked into the treat. After removing it and discarding the affected treat, I took photos for documentation. Unfortunately, I cannot attach them here. This incident has left me very disappointed. My family and Champ adore BarkBox, so finding a potential hazard in a treat is concerning. I'm grateful I caught it in time! Due to this, I am considering cancelling my subscription. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.

I purchased the super chewer subscription for my dachshunds as they tend to destroy toys easily. However, there are some toys they haven't taken a liking to, particularly the rubber ones like the cat on wheels, glowing blue toy, and reindeer ball from previous boxes. On the bright side, they do enjoy the grinch rope toy due to the nylon center. A few months back, Barkbox mentioned sending a replacement toy, which I never received. I'm wondering if there's a possibility to exchange some of the unused toys for different ones, or perhaps trade them for the plush toys from the standard Barkbox. Although they'll likely chew them up, at least they'll enjoy playing with them!

Within 12 hours of receiving the toys, my dog managed to tear apart one of them, and I'm concerned he might have ingested parts of it. I can provide a photo if needed. Additionally, the toys listed as squeak toys have not actually squeaked, which has happened multiple times. There are three large toys that my dog has not shown interest in. I am contacting you to address these issues promptly as it's not safe for my dog to receive toys that are not as described, easily destroyed, and potentially harmful. I recently received my Bark Box, and I'm disappointed with the toys included for my seven-year-old pitbull, Blue Jay. The toys quickly fell apart when he chewed on them, posing a choking hazard. In the past, the boxes contained durable hard plastic toys that didn't come apart like these did. I renewed my subscription after losing our other dog and was looking forward to receiving quality toys for Blue Jay. I recently received an unexpected order from Bark Box charged to my credit card. I did not place this fraudulent order and had to cancel my credit card. The product arrived at my business address addressed to my husband, who does not have access to the card. I did not order this product and do not want it. I have been charged for two boxes recently (September and October) that I will not be receiving. I signed up for a year subscription in late November and received all of my boxes up until August. My September box was never shipped, even though I was charged for it. Additionally, my October box was charged on October 4th. BarkBox is now stating they cannot ship to Canada. If this is the case, I am entitled to a refund. Despite sending multiple emails, attempting online chats (which are now not available), and reaching out on Twitter, BarkBox has not responded to address the problem. I insist this issue be resolved promptly. If it is not resolved by the end of the week, I will take further action by submitting a complaint to the BBB against BarkBox and contacting my credit card company.

I would like to cancel my subscription associated with shonobi2[at]yahoo.ca immediately. I am disappointed with the recent lack of items in my box, the missing treat from the previous month, and the diminishing customer service. The inability to reach out through Facebook or any other contact method is frustrating. If these issues are not resolved within two weeks, I will have to consider leaving a negative review in the local paper. This decline in service is distressing, especially since we have been loyal customers for a long time. Your lack of response and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction is disheartening. I have even reached out to Canadian customs to seek clarification on this ongoing issue. The inconsistent service makes it hard to rely on receiving a box in a timely manner.

I received my order 12 days ago. I had ordered 5 toys but only received 4. I have emailed several times without any reply. I am frustrated with the lack of attention to the money I paid for a toy that never arrived. I would like this issue to be resolved by either sending the missing toy or providing a refund for the item I didn't receive. It is disheartening that this is the third order with mistakes. I have reached out to the toll-free number and am eagerly awaiting a call back. It's crucial that I reach BarkBox as I urgently need to cancel my membership. My dog and I adore the boxes, but unfortunately, his tummy cannot handle the treats. I have recommended BarkBox to my friends and family and shared the coupons included in the box. I have paid for my order three months in a row, and each time I receive it the following month. I am considering canceling my subscription if this issue is not resolved soon. I recently had an online chat with one of your team members who directed me to Sam’s site, which required payment. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service received. As an Amazon reviewer with a following blog, I plan to report this incident. The items I received did not match what was promised. I got two identical items and paid extra for a toy that was missing. I am frustrated and upset by this experience. I want to talk to a representative to arrange a refund and return the unsatisfactory products. I received a Bark Box yesterday for my German Shepherd. I wanted to inform you that he managed to destroy the "rubber ring toy" the first time he chewed on it last evening. I will only allow him to play with your toys under careful supervision. He enjoyed the treats very much and consumed them quickly. It seems the toys are not suitable for a "super chewer" like him. Do you have toys that can withstand a Super Super chewer like my German Shepherd? He was able to detach the blue top layer from the rubber part of the ring, and if we hadn't intervened, he might have swallowed a piece. My dog is a 3.5-year-old, [redacted] lbs, handsome black and red male, smart, sweet, and very strong. Are there replacement toys available for such situations?

Our dog recently received a Bark Box as a gift. However, the toy in the box, a rubber ring, was quickly destroyed during the first chewing session. We would like a replacement for the damaged toy and also seek to discover the sender of the Bark Box. It's important to clarify this issue without the need for additional correspondence. Kindly address this matter promptly. We are no longer interested in the Bark Box as it was bought using a stolen credit card that has since been closed. I received a chew toy in my Bark Box that got destroyed the first time my dog chewed on it. Please, replace the toy and inform me who gifted the box. It's the one with inner nubs in the ring, the rubber fell apart, posing a potential risk for my dog. I already had to take it away from my dog to prevent him from swallowing the pieces. I would like to cancel my subscription with Bark Box. I have been struggling to communicate with your customer service team as each email I send receives a different response from a different employee. My dog is an advanced chewer and has destroyed all the toys within minutes. I was told a new toy would be sent from the chew box, which led me to believe my membership was canceled. However, I received an email two days later stating that my regular Bark Box was being prepared and my credit card was charged. Another email exchange revealed that neither box was sent, and I cannot cancel my membership. I want a refund for the charge and my account closed due to the lack of communication within your staff. I received a Bark Box that was ordered using a stolen credit card. Visa has already been informed and closed the compromised account. Multiple unauthorized purchases have been reported and are under investigation. Please discontinue any further communication or shipments from Bark Box. We have no interest in receiving any more products as the initial delivery was a result of fraudulent activity. I have previously reached out via email with no response. Do not try to charge us for any items. We refuse to accept or pay for goods obtained through fraudulent means. If you have information on the individual who used the stolen card, kindly inform Visa and 1st National Bank in Omaha, Nebraska as they are handling the case. Thank you.

The package you sent was supposed to come via FedEx, but it was sent through USPS causing it to be returned. I live in a mountainous area where USPS doesn't deliver, so I have a P.O. Box for regular mail. I have been patiently waiting for over two weeks for this box. If this issue is not resolved and my package does not arrive within the next three days, I will cancel my subscription. This situation is frustrating.

I recently updated my bank card information and canceled the previous card. However, I noticed that you are still charging my account. I would like a refund for all the unauthorized charges immediately. I have reached out to your customer service multiple times without a resolution. This is my final attempt to have this matter rectified before taking further action. I insist on receiving confirmation that my account has been canceled within the next 12 hours to avoid escalation of this issue.

I cancelled my membership via text last month, but today, I realized I've been charged again in my bank account. This is the second time I've been billed when I shouldn't have been. I downgraded my package last month to receive a credit, but it was not applied. I'm frustrated that my subscription has not been cancelled, leading to these extra charges. The experience with Bark Box used to be seamless, but now I encounter constant issues. I urgently need a refund for the two months as this recurring cost is much higher than my initial payment. I'm no longer interested in continuing if this persists. I prefer addressing this matter via text or phone call but seem unable to do so currently, feeling like I'm being given the runaround.

I have been a BarkBox subscriber for a year. I contacted them stating I wanted to cancel after my year-long commitment ending in November. I received an email instructing me to cancel online, but I couldn't find the options mentioned on the website. After sending another email, I saw a charge for the December box, and it appears my subscription has been automatically renewed for another year. I attempted to call today, but learned customer service is unavailable on weekends. I kindly request to cancel my subscription immediately. I will contact them on Monday to address this matter.
