I received my order ** days ago... ordered * toys ... received *...have emailed several times and no reply...I am frustrated at the lack of care to my money I paid for a toy I never received... would appreciate this matter being taken care of...I would appreciate a toy being sent or refund of my my money I paid for something I never received...am truly upset that the error on your part had not been handled ...this is the third order that has been messed up...I truly loved these toys for my dogs and sad that I can't after this feel comfortable ordering again.Tanya Ritchie

I believe after sending several emails in ** days ... without response...I texted a number from site bark shop ...and though I have not received toy in hand I did receive a quick response and very pleasant customer service representative. Who promised a toy was in process of being sent as a replacement for the one missing in my order.
Please help with my BarkBox issue
