I am a student of Hopkinsville Community Collegehave some questions about Bank Moblie. I got an email *"We sent a check on ********** to your primary address as specified in your BankMobileVibe.com profile, but it was returned to us. This may mean your primary address on profile is incorrect. Please log in at*www.BankMobileVibe.com*and update your primary address by choosing "User Profile" then "Address & Phone"."**I never set up an account and I do not have a card for Bank Moblie. I know Bank Moblie works with Hopkinsville Community College in refund checks and I have received some in the past. I tried calling but I don't have any information like a ** Digit number to get ahead so I can talk to someone. I do not know what to do!
