Hello my name is Chase Boyer, I am a student at SUNY Plattsburgh and I had a credit balance of $***.** that was transferred to you guys at Bank Mobile. I set up my transfer of these funds originally to go directly into my checking account at U First Federal Credit Union. I apparently had given the account number for my saving, but I have recently updated this information so that the refund could be properly sent. I tried to get in touch with you guys using your phone number but I can not seem to get in touch with a real human. This is why I am writing you now to ensure that these funds have not been sent to the wrong account. I confirmed this transfer on the **th of November and it was supposed to be in my account according to you guys on the **th-**th of November. It is now the **th and I had talked with my bank but they have yet to see any funds transferred as of right now. I look forward to earring from you guys very soon or even talking with a person if available. Thank you
