Your services are one of the worst experiences I've had - I've been trying to self fund my HSA account since I started my new job at the end of March. I cannot get ANY response and now my account is disabled. I finally got a "person", Khalil and a confirmation number (******************). Weeks go by and NO response. I called Wageworks, whom I was told by Khalil - had to approve the reinstatement, AND Wageworks informated me that there is nothing they can do, that it is BNY Mellon who has to do that. Whom should I believe? Or do I just give up?
GetHuman-dpmagsum did not yet indicate what Bank of New York Mellon should do to make this right.
