I have had your credit card since ****. I tried using it today and was declined for being past due. When i called customer service to find out, was told that i failed to make a payment last month....it seems that when i made my last payment i somehow changed to paperless bills. In any case, i requested of the nice woman on the phone that i be granted a courtesy refund of the $**.** late fee since in my ** years as a client, i don't recall ever having been late before. I was told, very politely, that neither she nor her supervisor could override bank policy...having worked in the industry myself for quite a while, i thought that i would try to connect with someone who would be in a better position to grant my request, is this something that you can help with?*thanks
