I need to verify my Identity to clear up a block on my account. I thought this was cleared up yesterday, (*****) after waiting on hold for an hour fourth five- I was able to speak with a associate in the RISK dept. After answering several questions about previous addresses and dates of deposit and transaction. She assured me that the information I had provide, along with the reason for my recent change of address, was sufficient in verifing my identity. When I had not received a confirmation email, letting me know that the block had been lifted and new card sent express through UPS (As I had when I had ordered the original replacement card on Sept **...) I thought I should just make sure the card was instead being sent. Only to find out that the block had NOT been lifted. So, having no other choice bit to endure an equally lengthy hold time, I was suddenly disconnected. I have done every thing asked of me to resolve these issues only to be told that the block still remaims and that there are no notes regarding my conversation with her yesterday. I have also recived conflicting information from several teir one associates as well as supervisors. I have been unable to get a replacement card for over a month now. I dont mean to be overly dramatic, but I need to get this resolved and get things in motion to recive my replacement card as soon a humanly possible. Please, I need acces to these funds to function and to meet my minimum daily necessities. I can be reached at my phone or email anytime.
