Hi my name is Stella Ramos i my EDD on a Bank of America card the bank closed my card due to idenity & ive been waiting to get to the risk department for * hours today & i waited * hours yesterday & still didnt get thru after every * hours the phone would hang up& i would have to start all over can u please help me i need my card working cuz i need to buy my insulin my sugar is high its ***
