To Bank of America,**I have been a customer of Bank of America, both personal and business, for over ** years. I am asking for resolution and explanation as to why Bank of America decided to close all my accounts and has now been holding nearly $***,*** of my hard earned money for over ** days. What is not, I’m certain, in the bank’s right is to hold nearly $***,*** of my money.**Since receipt of your letters on October **th, that someone at the bank decided to close all my accounts, I have been in contact with either branch or call center employees on * different occasions, taking countless hours of time away from my business, asking for explanations and inquiring when the funds will be released but never receiving anything specific responses other than “it’s under investigation”. **Why is the bank holding our money and treating us like criminals? Before I am forced to involved my business attorney in this matter, I urge you to release my funds back to me with all the accrued interest within **-** hours, which would be Thursday December *, **** at **:**PM, as your assistant branch manager Yvette Quezada has stated over the phone with my daughter Grace and confirmed with me in an official email. **Please also discontinue the sales literature you continue to send to my wife and myself regarding offers such as "Preferred Rewards Platinum Honors Customers" and asking us to put more money into your bank.
