I just want to know if you are able to get me called back when it is my turn up on hold or am I just going to have to hold forever. I am waiting on *-***-***-**** right now. something went haywire with their automated service on Sun.****. It worked fine on **** but when I went to use it on Sun.****, it had no record of my **** transaction and it was obvious they must have put in a new system and it doesn't do anything right, it's a mess! That is probably why I have been on hold for almost one half hour now. Don't know why they would have done something like that because like they say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Since it was impossible to get thru to BofA on ******* due to a glitch in their automated system because, apparently nearly **,*** were also trying to do the same thing, I decided to just wait and try again later the next day. Well, good for me, because when I called late afternoon on ******* BofA had obviously restored their old automated system back in place, which by the way, BofA if you're reading this, works just perfectly fine, I'd rate it a ** or * stars either way, so please don't even think about changing it again. So I didn't do anything as they had already fixed it themselves.
