I’m with my family inside the Bank of America **A Fort Campbell, the cashier assist me. She had spelled the last name wrong. So I have to go back to my line. Then wer the last one it’s almost **** she is in a hurry to go. And she verbally said what is his problem. I answer her. That’s my husband. So you don’t say that to customers they are problem. Very rude attitude. I didn’t say not a word to her face. But please train your people to be nice to customers. We are with back of America for long so we don’t like cashier being rude or act in appropriate to customers. She knows me and she can’t deny what she did. I was the last customer this day.
