I need to know what is going on with my claim. I have had no correspondence whatsoever on my claim. I do not want the case closed without adequate communication with me providing me the opportunity to respond if necessary, and I have enough proof of documentation to prove my case without any doubt. I find it completely unacceptable that there is no method of communication on line to send messages or important documentation to the claims department. I also find it unacceptable the no claims person has be assigned with designated contact information to properly address the issue. I have been sent no paperwork via mail whatsoever, I have received no request for further documentation, I have received nothing regarding any findings on the case and what i worse, bank of america has misclassified the case as having been resolved without assigning a new claim number whereby the customer can follow up on the claim or continue correspondence. I also find it unnacceptable that my account has been blocked from reopening the case if necessary.
