bank of america failed to communicate with me regarding my claim with merchant. No letters, messages,follow up communication whatsoever. No information shared with me regarding status or any other further documentation requested from me. The bank is failing to act in my best interest. The so call online banking system does not allow for customer to communicate or even place the charge in dispute. Unacceptable. I want issue resolved to my satisfaction with the bank taking accountability to communicate in an acceptable manner informing me of the situation.
