Social sec. administration inform ed me at * am Dec. * that my SSI:D check was input into their comuter on my file, that the treasury dept. processed my direct deposit to bank of america on Dec. *, ****. Yet * calls from my phone to BOA *** number and speaking with several customer serv reps have said they see no payment pending on my direct dep account. I have banked with this bank over a decade. I fee like this is such an easy issue to take care of on a computer with our current technology. Of course everyone realizes this is fixed income. My rent depends on these mistakes or delays of ppl paid to do this simple job. Either give me their job so i can show them how to do it properly or send me my check that i have received since **** when i ** yrs old. I am completely at loss when the agency that says and proves they sent my check yet the institution they sent it to says their computers dont have it. I need an explaination as a supossed "valued" customer. In advance thank you.
