I've sent a VERY detailed message yesterday as to the nature of my problem with Bank of America, and now - ** hours later - still have not received a reply! *I'm not going to waste time retyping the message again however in summery...they have fraudulently sent me a debit card (with PIN included) for a checking account I do not, nor have I ever owned, inquired about, filled out any paperwork etc. Following the debit card, more correspondence from BOA alerting me to them closing my mystery account and their actions to report my negligence (for not depositing money into an account that does not belong to me) to credit agencies which would prevent me from opening any accounts not only with BOA, but any other financial institutions...for * years) . *I DO NOT, NOR HAVE I EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH BOA, AND HAVE NO DESIRE TO. I'VE WORKED VERY HARD TO REPAIR MY CREDIT AND KEEP IT IN GOOD STANDING AND IF THESE INCREDULOUS ACTIONS ON BOA'S PART NEGATIVELY AFFECT MY CURRENT FINANCIAL STATUS, THERE WILL BE LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS!* I WOULD APPRECIATE A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM A SENIOR MANAGER AT BOA CORPORATE - OR ANY PERSON IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY WHO IS ABLE TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION - SEEING AS I'VE WAITED ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR * DAYS IN A ROW WITH NO ANSWER, WENT INTO A LOCAL BRANCH ONLY TO BE TOLD BY THE BRANCH MANAGER HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL - ANOTHER * HOUR WAIT FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!*THANK YOU AND I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR PROMPT REPLY (Bank of America...not GetHuman, just to clarify)*Regards,*Michael Tomson****-***-**********@***.com
