Since being hospitalized for several months and recently being released and cleared disabled I’ve looked at my BOA accounts and I am negative due to fees charged while Bill Pay etc continued although there were not enough funds. However, the payments were reversed and not paid anyways so I would please like the fees removed and banking accounts zeroed so I can make a deposit and continue with the BOA I really enjoy. To fix the problem I would just like the fees removed from my bank accounts so I can start using them or maybe a new account maybe the solution.

I submitted two request for all call back. The first around *:**pm. After several hours I still did not receive a call back so I submitted again. I had to call myself & go into the bank the next day. About ** hrs later I got a few texts from GetHuman including this one showing asking if the issue was taken care of and then this text asking for feedback.
